Production & sea delivery

Equipment is containerized at the production base in China and shipped to Taiwan. Allow approximately 2–5 calendar days from factory container loading to vessel loading, 3 calendar days at sea, and 2–7 calendar days for import clearance.

We coordinate import clearance and delivery to your designated unloading point. On-site unloading and installation are excluded.

A CLEAR BASIS FOR YOUR QUOTATION

Equipment price + fixed-rate logistics

Our fixed-rate logistics arrangement simplifies export, import, and delivery cost planning and helps manage exposure to changing freight and currency costs.

24.5%Total logistics charge

Calculation basis: All percentages are applied to the equipment ex-works price (EXW), the original goods amount.

Total logistics charge = EXW equipment price × 24.5%.

Freight A / Export & ocean freight — 17% (CIF)
  • Ocean freight and booking fees
  • Export terminal handling (THC) and seal fees
  • Documentation and telex release fees

Freight B / Import clearance & delivery — 7.5% (DDU)
  • International trade import application
  • Local duties and taxes as expressly included in the signed quotation
  • Container unloading / destuffing charges
  • Import trucking and delivery
  • Certification, import customs clearance, and container-yard transport fees

Delivery is to the designated unloading point; customer-site unloading and installation are excluded.

CURRENCY & PRICE BASIS

Understand how prices are calculated

RMBFactory price→USDExport quotation→Local currencyFinal settlement, e.g. TWD

Currency conversion

Equipment base prices are denominated in RMB, converted to USD for export quotation, and then converted to the local settlement currency at the applicable rate on the settlement date.

Automatic quotation conversion: Coming soon

Price adjustments

The final price is subject to international steel prices and currency movements. If steel price movements exceed 5%, the seller reserves the right to adjust the quotation.

If exchange rates differ materially between quotation and signing, the spot exchange rate on the contract signing date will apply.
