Planning guidance, not structural approval. Floor capacity, equipment loads, anchoring and safety requirements must be verified for the actual site by qualified professionals. Do not estimate safe loads from photographs alone.
These options are starting points for discussion—not a fixed upgrade path. The best fit depends on load, throughput, space, budget and system compatibility.
Heavy- or medium-duty racking with conventional forklift handling.
Robotic transport supporting movement between work areas and collaboration with people.
Automated storage and retrieval with warehouse management system integration.
A warehouse CAD file is useful, but a clearly labelled hand-drawn plan can also help start the conversation. Mark dimensions and explain what each area needs.
For example: Area A needs heavy-duty pallet racking, while Area B stores smaller parts. Add quantities and access requirements where known.
Include any preferred configuration, custom RAL colour codes, packaging requirements or split-shipment needs. Colour references and purchasing terms are available on the Quote page.
